Additional information is required when renting or buying a living space:

• Landlord statement

We process your personal data for the following purposes

• Create an account in our CRM system where personal data is kept;
• To be able to keep you informed via a newsletter (if agreed);
• To be able to call or email you if necessary;
• To be able to draw up an order for services;
• To bring about a mediation;
• To draw up a rental agreement;
• To be able to perform an EDR credit check;
• To draw up a purchase agreement;
• To be able to draw up an invoice;

EDR Credit Check

The moment you want to be considered for a rental property, we provide your details to EDR. EDR will provide advice on your creditworthiness and contact details based on this information. Sharing personal data with third parties

We share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. For example, we share this with EDR (as described above), a notary when a deed of sale has been drawn up or with a landlord when a lease has been drawn up.

Security and retention period

We will ensure that your data is secured so that it is protected against unauthorized use, access, alteration and unlawful destruction. Your data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or to the extent that this is necessary for compliance with legal obligations and for the resolution of any disputes. Estate agents fall under the guidelines of the Wwft (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act).

Access, correction and deletion

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to data portability.

Requests for inspection, correction or deletion of data can be sent to info@mghousing.nl, stating your name and address. We will respond to a request for access or correction within two weeks. In the event of a request for deletion, we will delete the relevant personal data as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law obliges us to keep the relevant personal data or there are (other) urgent reasons that oppose removal.
