Step by step, our entire process!

  • First meeting

    We start with a personal meeting to discuss your wishes and expectations. If possible, we prefer to do this directly in the property that need to be rented out, because that allows us to immediately provide tailored advice. During this introductory meeting, we want you to get a good feeling about working with us and we share information about the opportunities and risks involved in renting out your property. If the outcome of this meeting is positive, we can move quickly.

  • Advice on rental price and target group

    Based on the property, the applicable laws and regulations, and your wishes, we provide a suitable recommendation for the rent level and target group. Because we have already let hundreds of properties in recent years, we can provide well-founded advice. We look not only at the rent itself, but also at the service charges and the advance payments for gas, water and electricity. With our comprehensive advice, you can make a well-informed decision about whether or not renting out your property is a good option.

  • The agreement

    Even though we always enter into a collaboration with full confidence, we are legally obliged to draw up an agreement. In this agreement, we record our mutual arrangements, and you will also be introduced to our online signing system, which we also use for signing the tenancy agreement.

  • Getting started

    We create a clear listing with the right information and professional photos. This is the foundation of a successful rental proces. The listing should invite potential tenants to schedule a viewing.

  • Advertising

    Given the changing times and the increasingly international character of the market, it is crucial to be easily found online. With our broad online reach (via both our website and our social channels), we are confident that house hunters will find us – and therefore your property as well. In addition, we can list your property on various housing platforms, such as Funda, Pararius and Huurwoningen. With more than 20,000 page visits per month, our website is always busy with new house hunters.

  • Viewings

    The moment to truly get a good impression of someone is during a viewing. We always organise one-on-one viewings with potential tenants. The impression we get during a viewing is crucial when selecting a new tenant, which is why we find it important to shake someone’s hand and meet in person. With this personal approach, we find the right candidate.

  • Check and approve

    The feeling during the viewing is the starting point. If that feeling is good, we then check the documents provided by the potential tenant. Only when both the feeling and the documents are in order do we continue with the process. As the property owner, you always make the final decision on who will rent your property. We handle the preselection – you make the final choice. Depending on your wishes, we involve you in every step of the rental process.

  • Rental agreement

    We draw up the rental agreement, which will be signed via our online signing system. Over the years, we have fine-tuned this agreement to cover all key points properly. This has proved beneficial for you as owner, for the tenant and for us as agents: there is far less ambiguity about the arrangements that have been made. All of this contributes to a good relationship between landlord and tenant, which is crucial for a carefree rental experience.

  • Key transfer

    Once the tenancy agreement has been signed and the tenant has paid the first month’s rent and the deposit, it is time to hand over the keys. During the key handover, we carry out an initial inspection of the property so that, at the end of the tenancy, we know exactly what has happened in the property. This is often an underestimated step, but by conducting this initial inspection carefully, you can avoid a lot of headaches later on.
