The relationship we have with our tenants is the foundation for you to rent out your property without worries. A satisfied tenant means less risk. We take a critical look at tenant behaviour, but we also stand for good landlordship. These two must always be in balance.

Thanks to our way of working, the smart set-up of our systems and our network of partners, we can act within 48 hours in (almost) all cases.   • Communication

    The most important part of management is contact with tenants. With us, tenants receive a response within 48 hours. This ensures that tenants feel heard and builds trust. That trust, in turn, leads to a strong relationship between the tenant, us and you as the property owner.

  • Solve problems

    At its core, our main task is solving problems. This can involve small issues, such as replacing a light bulb, but also larger ones like leaks. Thanks to our partners and smart systems, we can respond quickly and professionally to all types of reports. We always take your wishes into account while also weighing the interests of the tenant. In this way, we ensure a fair resolution in every situation. In many cases, we ultimately make decisions together and we then take the necessary follow-up steps.

  • Communication with external parties

    Over the years, we have built a large network of reliable partners. This allows us to act quickly in almost all cases. Solving problems quickly and adequately prevents larger issues with the tenant and/or the property.

  • Control

    Where possible, we periodically inspect the property. During these inspections, issues can be identified and resolved. It is crucial to detect problems early. Because we are often on site, we quickly notice when something is not going well and can take action promptly.

  • Information obligation

    Even though we take care of the management, we always keep you as property owner informed of important developments. The details are recorded contractually, but we believe it is important that we make decisions together about matters that affect the return and condition of the property.

  • Management Plus

    Our standard management package can be expanded with Management Plus. With Management Plus, we also take care of the financial side. It is important to know that we do not take over the payment or vacancy risk. What we do is monitor rent payments, arrange rent settlements and provide standard advice on the annual rent increase. In addition, you will receive our quarterly newsletter in which we inform you about relevant developments in the property and rental market.

  • Energy through Eco Energy

    Energy is an increasingly important topic. We have responded to this by partnering with Eco Energy. Through Eco Energy, we can arrange energy contracts with you as property owner and with tenants. This provides additional control and enables monthly insight into usage. This has many advantages.
